Help with new New booking & payment system: PLEASE READ
We have now moved all payments for club fees to Webcollect, the successful system used by our Rugby section. To book your place for the Easter Camp we need you to follow a number of simple steps.
Step 1: Click on this link and navigate to cricket section
Step 2: Pick the cricket camp you want to attend from the events calendar, adding to your basket and then checking out
N.B. Please following the instructions carefully on how to book all days vs. individual days per camp and picking the correct day rate.
N.B For Easter we have two different weeks so ensure you pick the right week and course for your child If you want to book both weeks then select the correct Camp 1 and you will see Step 1 and Step 2 which is the second week. Add both weeks to your basket and then checkout
Step 3: Please now choose from below what type of member you are at old ruts – A) An existing Rugby player, B) cricket player in 2018 only or C) a new cricket member in 2019
A) Existing Old Ruts Rugby players – Sign into account
If you are an existing Rugby player you will already have an active webcollect account (Please use the email that we sent this email to access account)
Once signed in please make payment to confirm booking
B) Cricket players registered in 2018, but not Rugby players
For all other 2018 registered cricket players who don’t play rugby you will need to activate your account at this point. This is very simple as we’ve already pre-loaded you’re 2018 registration details. Click on ‘Reset my password’ and then Send me a link to set my password as per the picture below. Your email address for your account is the one used to send you this email. Please use this as email to set your password, otherwise you will create a completely new account which will delay your booking. You can change it later once logged into Webcollect.

C) New members to cricket in 2019
For all new members to cricket in 2019, or those who are not members of Old Ruts, you will need to create a new account and by signing up and then make the payment.
